Depending on your system an „insufficient memory” or “not enough storage available” error can occur while running PROMON Studio, especially if you are running the camera with multiple cameras.
Note: The memory managment has been improved with PROMON Studio v3.5.2 and should not occur with later versions. Please consider to update to the latest software. If this is not possible or if the issue occurs anyway proceed as following:
Please try to decrease the size of memory that will be allocated at startup of the software. To do so please use the Extras -> Options… menu and switch to the Memory Management tab. It is recommended to use default value of 737280000 bytes (703 MB). Please note that a software restart is required to apply these settings. If the error still occurs please try to further decrease the memory to about 500MB. Though your image buffer will be smaller your system should now be able to handle the complete memory allocation.
