If your built-in network adapter does not support jumbo frames 9kB please use our PCIe or Express network adapter included in the PROMON Studio package.
In the unfortunate case that you have no possibility to use a network connection supporting jumbo frames 9kB there is also a possibility to decrease the ‘size of stream packets’ sent by the camera. Please note that decreasing the size of stream packets will bypass the necessity of jumbo frames but the drop of frames is likely – especially for higher frame rates. We strongly advice against using stream packets smaller than 7000 bytes.
