De- and reinstallation of Microsoft c++ redistributor packages Print

With a new installation of Win 10, a copy of Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable is already installed.

AISv4 need Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 and 2015 Redistributable installed. However, the AISv4 installer will notice that the 2017 installed and skip the installation of the 2013 and 2015 and this will cause problems.

To solve the problem, check if the Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable Is installed on your pc, if yes, uninstall it. Its not needed to uninstall AISv4.

Download the following zip file and install both versions (32 and 64).

After this installation, AISv4 should start up without problems.
