Depending on your network card, you’ll have different options to increase the performance of your camera connection.
Please go to the properties of your network card the PROMON Camera is connected to.
Untick all items, except eBUS Universal Pro For Ethernet Driver and Intel Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
Click OK and go back to the Properties again, now click Configure…
Go to tab Advanced and adjust the following (if available) Proerty:
- Jumbo Packet to 9014 Byter (or 9K)
- Receiving buffers to 2048
- Transmit Buffers to 2048
- Packet Priority & VLAN to Packet Priority & VLAN Disabled
- Energy Efficient Ethernet to Disable
- Green Ethernet to Disabled
- Shutdown Wake-On-Lan to Disabled
- Wake on Magic Packet to Disabled
- Wake on pattern match to Disabled
Now switch to tab Power Management, disable all settings by untick the checkboxes
